He is the founder of M:xClusive Product Co. and excels in shaving techniques, shear work, skin treatments and free-hand clipper techniques. He is known as The Barber Mentor and has created  curriculum for several Barber schools and programs throughout the country. Marichal is a down to earth person, who cherishes his family, and is always working continuously to become a better version of himself. 

     With over 35+ years of experience behind the chair, Rodney Brown has made a name for himself as a Master Barber who only uses free-hand clipper techniques to cut hair. Rodney is also a educator and has trained and mentored hundreds of students and professionals. Trained by his father to learn the art of shaving, this technique has been ingrained into him since a young age. Rodney has mastered the art of shaving.

     Specializing in  haircuts  and hair enhancements,  Wayne ‘PaperKutz‘ Threets  has  concentrated  on  the  details and the art  of  barbering.  He  believes  that  excellence,  trust  and  dependability is important  when  it  comes  to  the  barber industry.

Ricky Fame has over 25 years experience as a licensed barber and over 13 years as a Barber Instructor. He has also worked at the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology as a Barber Proctor, administering written and practical exams for barbers to receive their license.
